Return Period

You can return your order within 14 days from the date of receipt.

You can submit your return request with your order number to info@ducaonline.com or via the form on our Contact page.

Return Shipment

After notifying us of your return, you can deliver the product free of charge to an Aras Kargo branch within 10 days using the following code:

Free return shipping is only valid for shipments made using this code. If the customer chooses to use a different shipping company, the shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

If there is no Aras Kargo branch in your location, you can contact us before sending the product.

Condition of Products to be Returned

Products should only have been inspected and tried on to the extent that would be possible in a store. If the product loses value due to use, this may be reflected in the return assessment.

We kindly request that you send the product with its tag, accessories, and any gifts, if applicable.

Exchange Procedures

You can submit your requests for size or color exchanges within 14 days from the date you received the product. Exchanges are processed subject to stock availability.

Exchange is an optional service we offer, separate from the legal right of withdrawal. Shipping fees for size or color exchanges are borne by the customer. If you wish, you can return the product free of charge under your right of withdrawal and place a new order.

Incorrect or Defective Products

If you received an incorrect, incomplete, or defective product, you can share photos of the product and your order number with us. In these cases, all shipping costs are covered by Duca Kids.

Personalized Products

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products prepared with customized measurements, colors, models, or details according to the customer's special request, unless the product is defective or faulty.

Refund

Once your return request is approved, your payment will be processed within the legal period, in accordance with the payment method you used for the order. The time it takes for the refund amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank.
