Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Fee

For orders within Turkey, shipping is free for purchases of 1500 TL and above. For orders below 1500 TL, the shipping fee will be added to your cart during the payment process.

Shipping Time

Orders placed on business days before 10:00 AM are generally handed over to cargo on the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM are shipped on the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are prepared and handed over to cargo on the first business day that follows.

Delivery and Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to cargo, tracking information will be sent to you via email or SMS. Delivery times may vary depending on your region and the courier company's workload.
